In the event of losing or damaging their passports, the visa holders will receive a document that will allow them to return to the UAE with the Foreign Ministry’s support. The electronic return document will be quickly generated for the visa holders and will be valid for seven days. A hotline has also been established for 24/7 assistance, allowing Golden Visa holders peace of mind when travelling abroad.
The UAE government will also provide emergency evacuation support to long-term residents in the event of a natural disaster in a foreign country. In such a situation, the UAE government will facilitate the UAE golden visa holders stuck outside with the help of their respective missions abroad.
The government will also provide repatriation and burial services in the event of a sudden death abroad. The dedicated service will also involve swift transactions and quick processing to deliver timely service.
